I am not satisfied with my order; can I return it?

This is of course possible! Products can be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Upon receipt of the return, it will be processed as soon as possible. When you return an order you pay the return costs yourself.

I received a defective or wrong product. What now?

First of all, of course, our apologies. Your best option is to make a return request immediately by contacting us. You can do this via a Whatsapp message (green button at the bottom right of our site), via our contact form or by emailing us at info@baess.nl

Returning Policy


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. The cost of return shipping from your home to the online store is for your own account and is approximately €6.95 per package. For the exact rates please check the website of your carrier.


To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging. The product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.


To exercise this right, please contact us at info@baess.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
